Composer and pianist

He studied at the Escola Municipal Música of Barcelona with Joan Lamote and Joaquim Canals. In 1908 he won the prize of the Associació Musical de Barcelona and then obtained a scholarship from Barcelona’s City Council to study piano at the Conservatory of Brussels with Arthur de Greef. After his studies, he returned to Barcelona and devoted himself to music performance and education, offering concerts in his own home and teaching piano and rhythmic choreography. His output includes piano music, songs and ballets.
