Teacher, pianist, conductor and composer

He studied at the Escola de Música de Sabadell and at the Conservatori del Liceu and later expanded his training with Carles Vidiella. He revitalized the Escola de Sabadell and Banda Municipal. From 1913, he devoted himself to private music education and was a pianist in ensembles such as the Quintet Padró and Quintet Imperial. During Franco’s regime, he was punished and expelled from the Music School and became part of Els Muixins orchestra. He mainly composed sardanes.
