Composer, Performer and Teacher

Professor, pianist and composer

He began his musical education in his hometown and later at the Escola Municipal de Música in Barcelona with Antoni Nicolau, Joan Pujol and Joaquim Canals. He taught at the Conservatori del Liceu (1909) and founded the Acadèmia Passolas in Figueres. Alongside teaching, he devoted himself to composition of symphonic and religious music, songs and sardanes.
